About
At Spark Roofing, LLC, we believe taking care of a roof starts with taking care of the person underneath it. Aaron and Mike bring more than 25 years of experience in remodeling and general contracting to every conversation, assessment, and project. That background has taught us to look beyond the surface of a roofing problem and consider how it may affect the rest of the property.
We built our approach around something simple: treat customers like family. When you notice a leak, find shingles in the yard after a storm, or start wondering whether an aging roof needs attention, we want calling us to feel like calling someone you know. We listen to what is happening, inspect the problem carefully, explain what we find, and talk through practical options without making the conversation more complicated than it needs to be.
That also means we do not believe every roofing concern should automatically become a full replacement. If an honest repair can address the issue, we want you to understand that option. When replacement is the appropriate direction, we explain why and help you understand what comes next.
Our work serves both residential and commercial property owners, with services ranging from roof repairs and complete roofing systems to storm damage response, emergency roofing, and gutter solutions. We also use current technology, including infrared drone scanning when appropriate, to help investigate hidden moisture and difficult-to-locate leaks.
As a GAF Certified Installer that is fully licensed and insured, we combine hands-on experience with careful field oversight and a 5-year workmanship warranty. Our goal is to become the roofing contact you feel comfortable calling whenever something goes wrong, knowing you will get attention, clear information, and a solution centered on what your property actually needs.
Our Values
Treat People Like Family
Taking care of people is at the center of how we want Spark Roofing, LLC to be known. A roofing problem can interrupt your day, expose your property to water, and leave you wondering how serious the damage really is. We believe those moments call for attentive service and straightforward communication. That means listening before recommending, explaining what we find, and helping you understand what makes sense for your property.
For us, treating customers like family also means looking beyond a quick transaction. We want to build relationships that last after the immediate project is complete. Whether you call about a small leak, storm damage, a commercial roofing concern, or a full replacement, our approach remains focused on taking care of the problem in front of us. The goal is for you to feel comfortable asking questions and calling us again when your roof or property needs attention in the future.
Not every roofing problem requires a new roof. That principle matters to us because property owners deserve to understand the condition of their roof before making a major decision. We begin by investigating the concern, identifying visible damage, and using current inspection technology when appropriate to gather more information about difficult-to-locate problems.
If damaged shingles, loose flashing, or another localized issue can be addressed with a focused repair, we want to explain that option clearly. If the condition of the roofing system makes replacement the more practical direction, we explain what led us to that recommendation as well. Our role is not to make every problem bigger than it is. It is to help customers understand what is happening and what can be done about it. Clear recommendations allow homeowners and commercial property owners to make informed decisions based on their property rather than unnecessary sales pressure.
Roofing can become confusing quickly when conversations are filled with unfamiliar materials, technical terms, and problems you cannot easily see from the ground. We work to make those conversations easier to follow. From the initial assessment through the work itself, our goal is to explain what we see, why it matters, and what the proposed solution is intended to accomplish.
Technology can help us gather better information, but customers should not need technical knowledge to understand the results. When infrared drone scanning is appropriate, for example, it can help identify temperature differences and possible hidden moisture. We translate findings like these into practical information you can use when considering the next step. Field management also helps maintain oversight as projects move forward. By keeping communication clear and focusing on the reason behind the work, we help customers stay informed rather than leaving them guessing about what is happening with their property.
Have a question about your roof, storm damage, or gutters? Tell us what is happening with your property, and we can help you understand what makes sense to do next.
